Life Transition Coaching and Spiritual Development
Working with a coach who believes in you and in God’s grace, life transition readily becomes a time for transformation.
All things are possible.
Most people who enter coaching with me are ready for change, but don’t know how to go about it. Some have reached a turning point, and need a coach who can help them redirect their path in life. Many are people of faith whose spiritual life is deeply important to them. All are willing to work to create something different in their lives.
If this describes you, you are in the right place.
This is not the place for everyone, and it is a life-changing place for many.
A well trained coach and a coach-able client who is willing to be honest and held accountable for their actions will get the results their looking for. A skilled coach can help clients overcome fear, anxiety, procrastination, self-sabotage, getting unstuck and many other issues that people struggle with when attempting to create change.
Credentialed as a Board Certified Coach and practicing in the areas of life, career, wellness and spiritual coaching, my passion is helping people discover and reach their dreams, to live out their life’s purpose. In God’s economy, what could be more precious than that?

Is Coaching for you?
Do you want to make changes in your life, take your relationships, health, career, vocation or spiritual life to the next level?
Do you want to walk in a close partnership with God as life challenges develop your character, to align your life with the purpose and dream you envision?
Do you want to develop a meaningful plan for the next stage of your life work or for your retirement, using your gifts and life experience?
Are you considering a life in ministry, listening for the quiet small voice of God for guidance into a your call?
Do you simply know that you want to create a new life direction, bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be?
Are you “coachable”?
Does coaching really make a difference?
Rigorous psychological studies consistently show that working with a life coach provides superior results over self-improvement efforts taken alone. International Coach Federation President Karen Tweedie summarizes the benefits of being coached this way: “Our research shows that those who work with a professional coach not only attain success in the goal areas which initially led them to seek a coach, but…find themselves enjoying positive changes in other areas of their life as well… in their relationships, wellness and other parts of their business or personal lives.”
ICF reports that ninety percent of those whose motivation was to improve self-esteem, self-confidence and goal-directed effectiveness reported positive gains in those areas.
Working with a coach means walking the path with an expert in change who believes in you and your purpose. Someone who helps you clarify your dreams, convert them into sequential action, and overcome obstacles with strategies. Someone who encourages you along when the journey becomes difficult and helps you to grow into a life of self-discovery, faith and forward-moving confidence.
When doing more of the same thing isn’t working, when you have a desire to pursue your passion and purpose but don’t know how to get there… contact me, and we’ll find the path together.

“I have gained more in the past few months of regular coaching with Trish than I have in several years of trying on my own to do this. Sure it costs effort, time, money but the results are priceless. Why would I try to do anything truly important in my life without coaching?”
Stuart R., Phoenix, Arizona
I was exhausted with my schedule teaching 15 classes a week, even though I loved my work. Coaching with Trish was like having someone on your side be honest, caring and solution oriented. She asked me questions that helped me to identify what was working for me and what was not, and figure out how I could do what really mattered to me without it so exhausting me. She helped me to see ways I could move forward and live a life where I could have both time and purpose, without leaving the work I loved. What’s it really worth if you can wake up each day with the confidence and the energy to make what you want happen?
